Delivery Information

We deliver nationwide across South Africa — from Johannesburg to George, Durban to the Northern Cape. Wherever you are, we'll get your order to you.

Delivery Timeframes: Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, your order will be dispatched within 1 business day and delivered within 1–3 business days thereafter.

Please note that delivery to outlying and rural areas may take slightly longer depending on your location.

Shipping Partner: All orders are shipped via The Courier Guy — a trusted South African courier service with nationwide reach. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Shipping Costs: Shipping is calculated based on your delivery location and will be displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase. There are no hidden fees.

Returns & Exchanges

Please read carefully before purchasing.

Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used items. This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of all our customers.

We strongly recommend:

  • Reading all product descriptions carefully before purchasing
  • Checking our shade guide to select the correct skin tone match
  • Reaching out to us at info@bareafrica.com before purchasing if you have any questions

 

    Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@bareafrica.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will gladly replace or refund any damaged or incorrect items at no cost to you.

    Order Cancellations

    Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase provided they have not yet been dispatched. Please email info@bareafrica.com immediately if you need to cancel. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.
